Will Correct Misleading Text in Books: Education Minister Mohibul Hasan Chowdhury

Education Minister Mohibul Hasan Chowdhury promises to correct any erroneous or misleading information in the textbook.

"Participation of madrasah teachers in the National Curriculum and Textbook Board (NCTB) will be ensured," he stated during a views-exchange meeting with the Madrasah Teachers' Council at the International Mother Language Institute in the capital

He stated that this provision will allow madrasah professors to provide feedback and contribute to the textbooks prepared for the madrasah.

He stated that the country's Aliyah Madrasah practices the Islamic doctrine that has dominated the subcontinent for hundreds of years. A new curriculum has been implemented at madrasahs while maintaining the qualities of Islamic education, which has been well received by students and parents.

According to Mohibul, the new curriculum is efficient and will help develop jobs for madrasah students. Religion does not clash with it. After Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the present Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has had the greatest impact on the development of religious education.
