Manila International Book Fair Returns September 2025
The Manila International Book Fair 2025 returns Sept 10–14 at SMX, showcasing books, authors, and events under the theme “Stories in Every Form.”on Aug 20, 2025

The nation's most looked-forward-to book event, the Manila International Book Fair (MIBF), is scheduled to return from September 10 to 14, 2025.
As the Philippines' biggest and longest-standing book fair, the MIBF will again be the country's premier event for publishers, authors, teachers, and book lovers of all ages at the SMX Convention Center, Pasay City.
This year, the MIBF will be a more majestic experience, on two full levels of the SMX Convention Center, to be an engaging universe of books, imagination, and education. The exhibit will be running under the umbrella of "Get Lit," with special emphasis on the theme "Stories in Every Form." The theme honors the varied and dynamic terrain of storytelling, from the old-fashioned printed book to comics, graphic novels, and digital media.
Aside from the expansive exhibition area, guests are in for a complete lineup of special activities such as book signings featuring popular authors, thought-provoking talks, product presentations, and special launches, adding more value to the MIBF experience.
"Each year, we want to build an environment that best celebrates the whole ecosystem of reading and learning," according to Irene Lloren, Primetrade Asia, Inc. President. "By taking up two full floors of the SMX, we're not merely hosting an event; we're constructing a city of books and ideas. We're particularly proud this year to be giving a complete experience wherein families can discover new tales at the MIBF, and our academe partners can discover forward-thinking solutions at School World, all under one venue."
