Chengalpet will Host a Book Market Beginning on December 28

The Chengalpet district administration will hold its annual book fair on December 28 at the CSI Alison Cassie High School in Ammanambakkam.

The book fair will be held till January 4th.

Tambaram, Guduvancher, Maraimalai Nagar, and Madambakkam are among the districts that fall under its jurisdiction.

Chengalpet collector Rahul Nadh encouraged children from schools and colleges to attend the expo. "There will be more than 50 stalls." Eminent speakers, as well as arts and food sellers, have been invited. "We will be providing free book coupons for school students to use to purchase books," he added.

T M Anbarasan, Tamil Nadu's minister for rural industries, cottage industries, small industries, and slum clearance, is scheduled to open the Chengalpet book fair.
