Vigyan Sarvatra Pujyate is going to commence on February 22nd and will last till February 28th, 2022

The government of India is celebrating a year-long programme Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav to pay respect to our country and showcase India’s achievements in 75 years of Independence. The Amrit Mahotsav Science Showcase also titled as Vigyan Sarvatra Pujyate. It is going to commence on February 22nd and will last till February 28th, 2022. 

It will majorly showcase India’s scientific legacy and technology excellence that has helped in finding solutions to problems in space, defence, agriculture, health, astronomy, and others. This event is organized jointly by DST, DBT, CSIR, MoES, DAE, DOS, ICMR, AICTE, and DRDO under the leadership of the office of the Principal Scientific Officer to the Government of India and the Ministry of Culture. Vigyan Prasar has been given the responsibility for coordinating the event.
