After a brief hiatus last year, the York One-Day Book Fair returns to the Knavesmire Suite at York Racecourse.
With over 100 booksellers from around the country in attendance, this will a must-visit event for readers, collectors and book lovers alike.
The York One-Day Book Fair will take place on Saturday 15 January, from 10:30am to 4:30pm.
The fair offers a host of rare, antiquarian, modern first editions and out-of-print books, as well as maps, prints and more.
Prices range from a few pounds to several thousand – so whatever your interest or budget there’ll be something for everyone.
John Cox, the fair’s organiser said: “After a difficult couple of years, it will be great to see people amongst the books again this year.
“Please be assured that huge efforts have been made to make sure that the event is Covid safe whilst remaining as friendly and appealing as ever.”
Under the current regulations, masks must be worn unless exempt if attending and you must also have a NHS Covid Pass.
Entrance to the event is £1 on the door, or book your free advance ticket via the York Book Fair website. There is free parking on site or there is a free shuttle bus running from the Memorial Gardens bus stop to the Racecourse every 20 minutes.
