Dr. Sravani Reddy, Dr. Tarun Sehgal, and Dr. Mimansa Singh Talwar, in conversation with Mr. Kapil Gupta, presented their views on the subject "Can't We Create Mental Health Solution With a One-Size Fits All Approach at the physical event of PVLF 2023, held on 14th January. 
 

The speakers highlighted the pivotal steps for developing mental health awareness and eliminating the stigma and taboos associated with it. 

In addition, they articulated the importance of acknowledging and addressing mental health issues in today's world, shed light on identifying triggers, and suggested measures to handle them.
