            <![CDATA[ <p>The 19th Bibliotheca Alexandrina International Book Fair, held in Alexandria, Egypt, concluded on Sunday with an impressive visitor turnout. According to Mohammed Sulieman, head of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina's cultural communication sector and general supervisor of the fair, over 100,000 people attended the two-week event, marking a record-breaking turnout.</p><p>Starting on July 15, the fair was organized by the Bibliotheca Alexandrina in collaboration with the General Egyptian Book Organization and the Egyptian and Arab Publishers Association. This year, 77 publishing and printing houses from Egypt and other Arab countries participated, as noted on the library’s website.</p><p>The event featured over 160 seminars, public meetings, poetry evenings, training workshops, and interactive activities. Discussions covered a wide range of topics, including publishing in Egypt, issues in preserving popular heritage, trends in book design, and the future of journalism in Egypt.</p> ]]>
