On Sunday, Union Home Minister Unveiled Three Hindi MBBS Textbooks

Amit Shah, the union home minister, unveiled three Hindi textbooks for anatomy, physiology, and biochemistry on Sunday in Bhopal. He called it "the moment of restructuring of the country's education sector" and said that engineering, polytechnic, and legal education would soon also be offered in the regional tongue.
At a book launch event on Sunday in Lal Parade Ground, Amit Shah declared, "This is the time for the country's education sector to be restructured. I'm happy to report that the state's government led by chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan was the first to successfully execute the new education strategy. Engineering and polytechnic programs will also begin in Hindi in six months.
"Dadabhai Naroji proposed a hypothesis of wealth drain because foreigners were transferring Indian riches to their nation. By forcing education in their language on our kids, outsiders are currently attempting to drain their brains, but Prime Minister Narendra Modi has transformed this into a "Brain Gain" by establishing education in mother tongues, according to the union minister.
Nelson Mandela once stated, "If you communicate to a person in that language, it goes into his intellect, but when you talk in his mother tongue, it goes into his heart. This is because the process of thinking takes place in one's own mother tongue.
When speaking in Raj Bhasha Hindi on a worldwide stage, our Prime Minister Narendra Modi sent a message to the entire globe to those who feel inferior when speaking in English. It inspired our young," the home minister stated.
The translation of engineering publications into regional languages has now begun in ten states. We will take care of setting up research and development in the regional language in addition to providing instruction. We have begun the JEE, NEET, and UGC exams in 12 languages, as well as the Common Entrance Exam in 13, he continued.
Shivraj Singh Chouhan, the chief minister, also said that the merit of medical students studying in Hindi will be determined independently.
"People used to make fun of our choice, but by translating the literature into practical Hindi, we showed them that nothing is impossible. The team of physicians and minister of medical education Vishwas Sarang performed a fantastic job, he remarked.
A distinguished physician who wished to remain anonymous, however, stated that simply transliterating three volumes is insufficient to declare that MBBS will henceforth be taught in Hindi. A medical student reads a lot of books to understand an idea, but we are just limiting their knowledge to three volumes here.
Although I am aware that this process is ongoing, it has to move along quickly to avoid negatively affecting a large number of kids.
The Congress lawmaker Kunal Chaudhary said that three novels had just been transliterated, and a big ceremony had been made of it. Similar to this, they (the state's BJP government) misled the union home minister by saying that they will begin teaching engineering in Hindi within the next six months. In reality, though, engineering in Hindi was already attempted last year and was a failure.
